Couldn't wait to share with you all today! I officially hit 70 pounds gone!!! I weighed in this morning prepared for the plateau and was so happy when the scale was lighter!
YIPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! HOOOOOOOORAY!!!!! WOOOOOO-HOOOO! Now, on to tackle the final 14!!!
So go out and celebrate with me today! Walk an extra mile! Do an extra 25 abs! Add 5 pounds to your chest press! Munch an extra carrot with your herbal iced tea! Pick what makes you happy!

ReplyDeleteWow! Patty! Yay! Yay! Yay! In your honor I danced (almost) till I dropped, leading a hula class for 2 hours! I'm so proud of not only your three "D's"...I'm proud of your heart! Having so much celebration energy tells me how happy (happy heart) your success feels and....for me, that makes it especially GREAT!
